Shipping Policy

We currently ship throughout the United States and Canada. International orders are accepted; however, international shipping rates are not optimized and may be significantly higher. We ship anywhere UPS delivers.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–7 business days of purchase.

Processing times may vary during product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Methods

At this time, we offer standard shipping only.

Expedited shipping is not currently available due to our processing timeline.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Free standard shipping is offered on U.S. orders over $350.

  • International shipping rates are shown at checkout and may be high due to carrier fees, duties, and distance.

Carrier

We primarily ship via UPS and may use select partner carriers when necessary.

Signature Required (High-Value Orders)

For the protection of both our customers and our products, signature confirmation is required for all orders totaling $200 or more.

This helps prevent lost or misdelivered packages and ensures your order arrives safely into your hands.

Delivery Issues, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

That said, we understand delivery issues can happen. If you experience a problem, please reach out to us and we will review your case with care.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

PO Boxes & Military Addresses

At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
